AI Developer / Team Lead with 7+ Years at JTSi India in Kochi Infopark

 JTSi India is looking for AI Developer / Team Lead at its office in Infopark, Kochi. 


The company seeks an innovative and experienced AI Team Lead to join their product development team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing AI-driven solutions by leading AI initiatives, collaborating with developers, and driving the integration of intelligent features into their products.

JTSi Technologies India Private Limited is a US based IT Co, with 20+ years into business. The global offices are in Washington DC & New Jersey USA, and its Indian HQ is in Bangalore.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute AI/ML strategies to enhance product functionality.

• Design, build, and deploy scalable AI models for predictive analysis, automation, and decision-making.

• Collaborate with Angular and .NET development teams to seamlessly integrate AI features into HRMS and Survey Tools.

• Research, prototype, and apply cutting-edge AI technologies, including NLP, computer vision, and recommendation systems.

• Lead and mentor a team of AI developers, fostering an environment of collaboration and continuous learning.

• Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align AI solutions with business goals.

• Build and maintain APIs to support AI functionalities in the product.

• Oversee project deliverables and ensure timely completion of AI-related tasks.

• Optimize models and systems for performance, reliability, and scalability.

• Stay updated on emerging trends in AI, ML, and deep learning.

• Perform data mining, cleaning, preparation, and augmentation for training robust ML models.

• Ensure AI solutions are user-centric, efficient, and scalable.

• Continuously refine AI models to improve accuracy and performance.

• Explore opportunities to incorporate innovative AI capabilities into the product roadmap.

• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in AI development.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AI components.

Required Skills:
• Programming Skills: Proficiency in Python, with a deep understanding of its libraries and frameworks for AI and machine learning. Knowledge of additional programming languages such as R, Java, C++, and GO is a plus.

• Machine Learning Frameworks: Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn for building and deploying models.

• NLP Libraries: Strong experience with spaCy, NLTK, Hugging Face Transformers, Gensim, and TextBlob.

• Version Control: Solid experience using Git for version control and collaboration.

• Pre-trained Models: Familiarity with BERT, GPT, Word2Vec, T5, and RoBERTa for NLP tasks.

• Data Processing and Analysis: Expertise in Pandas and NumPy for data manipulation and analysis.

• Mathematics: Strong background in linear algebra, statistics, calculus, and probability.

• Cloud Computing: Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) for scalable model deployment and training.


Desired Skills:

• Matplotlib and Seaborn for data visualization and result interpretation.

• CoreNLP and Fairseq for advanced NLP tasks and sequence-to-sequence modeling.

• AllenNLP for cutting-edge NLP research and model building.

• Big Data Tools: Experience with Apache Spark and Hadoop for processing large datasets and distributed computing.

• T5 and RoBERTa for transformer-based NLP applications.

• Containerization and Deployment: Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and MLflow for model containerization, orchestration, and deployment in production.
