The company is looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team and drive business growth through IT services and digital marketing sales. The position will be at our office in Infopark, Kochi.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities for IT services and digital marketing solutions.
  • Handle both inbound and outbound sales activities, including cold calling, email outreach, networking, and lead follow-ups.
  • Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to close deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their business needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with campaigns and lead generation activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (development, marketing, and design) to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in CRM tools.
  • Requirements:

  • 1-3 years experience in business development or sales, preferably in IT services and digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, social media marketing, content marketing) and IT solutions (website development, branding, software solutions).
  • Proven ability in generating and closing leads.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented approach.
  • Experience with CRM tools and lead management systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of market trends and the ability to develop sales strategies accordingly.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in selling IT services and digital marketing solutions is an added advantage.
  • Prior experience in a B2B sales environment.
  • Familiarity with lead generation tools and sales automation platforms.
