Key Responsibilities

  • Market Research: Gather and analyze data on industry trends and customer preferences to enhance marketing strategies.
  • Campaign Support: Assist in planning, executing, and tracking marketing campaigns so as to ensure the objectives are met on time and within budget.
  • Performance Analysis: Evaluate the campaign results, derive insights from campaign performance, and propose improvements to optimize marketing outcomes.
  • Content Creation: Help develop compelling content for the company website, social media platforms, and other promotional materials.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports on marketing performance to guide data-driven decision-making.


Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or similar field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Basic understanding of marketing principles, tools, and analytics.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
